Código de Conducta del Condado de Prince George | Política de Voilación
The Prince George's County School Board has adopted the Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook prescribing the rules and regulations for the control, discipline, suspension and expulsion of students.
These rules and regulations are intended to promote an atmosphere within the school, which is conducive to learning, as well as insure the protection of the rights of students. Inherent to a democratic society is the fact that rights entail responsibilities. Self-respect and respect for others are major goals of the Code. Students have the right to avail themselves of a free public education; however, students also have a responsibility not to interfere with the education of other students.
Violation Policy
- First violation, the classroom teacher will document and contact the parents/guardians. Parents will be asked to bring the child a change of clothing in order for the child to remain in the classroom.
- Second violation, the teacher will refer the student to the administration, who will contact the parents/guardians by telephone AND in writing that a second violation has occurred. Again, the parent will be asked to bring the child a change of clothing in order for the child to remain in the classroom.
- Third violation, a parent/student/administrative conference will be held. A final warning will be given to the student and his/her parents/guardians advising them that another violation may result in formal disciplinary actions being taken.

La Junta de Educacion del Condado de Prince George adopto el Manual de los Derechos y Responsabilidades que prescribe las normas y regulaciones para el control y disciplina, asi como las suspensiones y expulsiones de estudiantes. El objetivo de dichas normas y regulaciones es promover un ambiente dentro de la escuela propicio ara el aprendizaje y garantizar la proteccion de los derechos estudiantiles. lnherente a una sociedad democratica es el hecho de que los derechos conilevan responsabilidades. El autoestima y respeto por los dernas son objetivos principales del Cod igo. Los estudiantes tienen el derecho de aprovechar una educaci6n publica gratuita; sin embargo, los estudiantes tambien tienen la responsabilidad de no interferir en la educacion de otros estudiantes.
Política de Voilación
- Primera infraccion: el maestro la documentara y contactara a los padres/tutores. A los padres se les pedira que traigan un cambio de ropa para que el niño pueda permanecer en el salon de clases.
- Segunda infraccion: el maestro enviará al estudiante a la administración, la cual contactara a los padres/tutores por telefono Y por escrito sobre la segunda infracciOn. De nuevo, a los padres se les pedira que traigan un cambio de ropa para que el nino pueda permanecer en el salon de clases.
- Tercera infraccion: se Ilevara a cabo una conferencia con el padre, estudiante y administrador. Se le dara una advertencia final al estudiante y sus padres/ tutores que les informara que una infraccion mas puede provocar la toma de medidas disciplinarias formal es.
